For day to day and urgent maintenance requests, please contact Glen Arbor Outdoor personnel as follows:
For Interior, Exterior, or Grounds Maintenance (Routine and Non-Emergency) contact Glen Arbor Outdoor via email to kfro@glenarboroutdoor.com. Please copy your unit co-owners and either the Interior Chairperson for interior issues or the Exterior Chairperson for exterior and grounds issues. Photos are helpful.
Normal business hours for GAO are M-F 8-4:30 and Saturday 9-2:30. Only true emergencies should be reported by phone during non-business hours. GAO will not provide services which an owner can reasonably accomplish on their own, for example: supplying or changing easily reached light bulbs; supplying mouse traps or batteries; plunging a toilet, etc.
