Housekeeping is provided on owner turnover days only. Extra bedding, bath towels, and kitchen towels are not available beyond what is normally provided for a nine- or ten-person occupancy over a two week stay.
Arrival and departure dates are to be made by the owner through Glen Arbor Outdoor via email to kirstin@glenarboroutdoor.com providing a minimum two-week notice.
Routine interior, exterior, and grounds maintenance requests are to be made by the owner through Glen Arbor Outdoor via email to kfro@glenarboroutdoor.com. Please copy all unit co-owners and the Interior Chairperson on any request for interior maintenance. All unit co-owners and the Exterior Chairperson should be copied on any request for exterior or grounds maintenance requests. Photos of the needed repair are helpful. GAO will not provide services which an owner can reasonably accomplish on their own, for example: supplying or changing easily reached light bulbs; supplying mouse traps or batteries; plunging a toilet, etc.
Emergency requests for interior, exterior, and grounds maintenance may be made of Glen Arbor Outdoor via telephone 231-334-3650. Only true emergencies should be reported during non-business hours.
GAO’s office is open M-F 8-4:30 and Saturday 9-2:30.
Owners are advised to carry more than one condo key as there is no mechanism for dealing with a lost key.
