Housekeeping / Maintenance

 

Housekeeping Services are managed by Glen Arbor Outdoor (GAO) at owner turnover.

Owners are to notify kirstin@glenarboroutdoor.com of arrival and departure dates. For one-week scheduled owner occupancy time frames, notification is to be made one week prior to the scheduled Friday arrival date. For two-week scheduled owner occupancy time frames, notification is to be made one day prior to the official scheduled arrival date for that two-week occupancy. In other words, housekeeping needs notification two-weeks prior to an owner’s departure date in order to adequately schedule cleaning staff.  Occupancy of a unit without notification to GAO will result in a $250 fee in addition to the normal $300 cleaning fee.

Routine Interior Maintenance provided by GAO (Glen Arbor Outdoor.)

For Routine and Non-Emergent Interior Maintenance (M-F 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM)

Owners, please email kfro@glenarboroutdoor.com for repair requests. Include your unit number, the issue, photos if available, and copy your co-owners and the Interior Chairperson.

Call GAO at (231) 334-3650 ONLY for emergency repairs.

Exterior or Grounds Maintenance provided by GAO (Glen Arbor Outdoor.)

Owners are advised to have extra copies of their keys with them as we are unable to provide for lost keys while in residence.
