Arrival / Departure Notification

The below protocol is intended to provide GAO (Glen Arbor Outdoor) with formal written notification of your planned condo use and serves as a courtesy to fellow owners to ensure that the unit will be adequately serviced in time of their arrival.

ARRIVAL:

Owners are to notify Glen Arbor Outdoor (GAO) via email to kirstin@glenarboroutdoor.com of their intent to occupy their condo. For one-week scheduled time frames, owners are to provide notification to GAO one week prior to the official scheduled Friday arrival date. For two-week scheduled time frames, owners are to provide notification to GAO one day prior to the official scheduled Friday arrival date. In other words, housekeeping needs two weeks advance notice of occupancy in order to adequately staff for the owner’s departure date at the scheduled owner-turnover Friday. Failure to notify GAO of occupancy will result in a $250 penalty in addition to the $300 cleaning fee.

Please be sure to confirm your unit number and assigned schedule (A,B,C,D). A sample email message is as follows:

This is to notify you that Jim and Jane Smith (INSERT OWNER NAME), owners or their designated guests, will be tentatively occupying their unit, PP #__ from (INSERT DATES) to (INSERT DATES.)

Units may not be occupied earlier than 5 PM on owner-turnover Fridays. This is a Master Deed policy. Those who enter prior to 5 PM will be charged a $200 penalty.

DEPARTURE:

Units may not be occupied later thank 11 AM on departure dates. On owner-turnover Fridays, this policy is Master Deed designated. Those who depart later than 11 AM will be charged a $200 penalty.

Should you be departing your unit earlier than planned, kindly notify GAO at kirstin@glenarboroutdoor.com.

OWNER OCCUPANCY CANCELLATION:

Those owners who have given notification of intent to occupy a unit but find they are unable to do so must cancel occupancy 48 hours prior to the official Pinnacle Place Friday departure date. Without cancellation notification, Stop and Go Cleaning may be required to pay staff that arrive but then do not have units to clean. Owners will be charged a $50 penalty fee who fail to give timely notice of cancellation.
